I review the brand new Magic Lantern Sibilla by Caitlin Matthews and illustrated by Anastasia Kashian. This deck is published by Red Feather (an imprint with Schiffer Publishing), and this is the first Sibilla version published with English titles (usually printed with Italian titles).
